thanks to a link provided by Ace, Psychokitty and I have fallen in love with 5ives: Merlin's Lists of Five Things. the site is similar to our top ten lists, but simpler and, at times, more esoteric. which is what makes it brilliant. so, in honor of Merlin and the hours of enjoyment we've gotten from reading his lists, we proudly present our own top five lists taken from our top five favorite topics from Merlin's lists. phew - confusing!

5. how ugly shit can become fashionable and the most coveted things for a short amount of time and then quickly forgotten about. (i.e. Ugg Boots...it's on its way out, baby)

1. All celebrities are totally insane individuals with a totally warped sense of themselves and the world. Everything they do from the people they date and the scandals they're embroiled in, are totally premeditated by them and their team of publicists.
2. People who work at magazines are weird (except me).
3. I can't get anything past my Dad
4. It's not always my fault
5. I'm a control freak
