Today's the day! Hooray! The day I was born, which means it is the day that I get to do whatever I want and go wherever I want and eat whatever I want and have all kinds of fun. And maybe when tomorrow comes I will remember that, actually, I can do that every day if I want.
This morning Meg emailed me with wonderful birthday wishes, and this:
"we are having a baby shower today for a girl at my work, which involvesĀ eating cake. but today i will pretend that it is birthday cake for you that i take part in. at 1pm i will be watching you blow out candles, visualizing not the very pregnant maria, but a happy 20/10 meg."
